Carry-on Baggage Transportation
Our dedicated teams would never risk your valuable cryoshipments in the luggage hold. All of our shipments are hand carried on board the aircraft. Our dedicated staff will always ensure that the container are sealed with serial numbered tag and the lid is never tempered or opened, the dedicated staff will also ensure that the shipments will not go through any type of X-ray scanning procedure.
Customs clearance services
ARKGlobal offers a comprehensive range of customs clearance services and accompanying documentation, including full assistance from the moment the dewar is picked up through the transit till the conclusion of all customs procedures.
ARKGLOBAL Tracking
You can monitor your transfer with our real-time 5G state of the art online tracking system supporting over 200+ countries. You can follow every move of your cryopackage around the globe including the temperature. In particular, you can track the dewar pick-up time, in-transit time, and destination point delivery time.
All shipping equipment has a temperature data logger
The dewars include a built-in temperature logger to ensure that -196°C is maintained during the entire transportation process.
Transported materials are not going under X-rays
Certain human cells can be damaged by X-rays, so we use our industry contacts to arrange to have all of our cryoshipments inspected without the use of potentially harmful radiation. Our dedicated staff will always ensure that the container will never be opened, and do not go through X-ray scanning procedures, through the letter of approval permits and exemption pre declaration from the clinics and relevant local ministry or authorities of the country.
ARKGlobal guarantees that all cryodeliveries are made according to IATA standards, and EU-Tissue Directive 2004/23/CE, 2006/17/EC, and 2006/86/EC.
We fully comply with all International Air Travel Association standards by working closely with international airline companies.
